This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for paid StoreWords subscriptions purchased through storewords.com. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy.

2. Free plan

StoreWords offers a free plan so users can test the service before upgrading. We recommend using the free plan first to confirm that the tools fit your workflow.

3. Paid subscriptions

Paid plans provide access to higher monthly generation limits. Once a subscription payment is completed and the paid plan is activated, the service is considered delivered digitally.

4. Refund eligibility

Refund requests may be reviewed if there was a duplicate payment, technical billing error, or if paid access was not activated after a successful payment. Refunds are not generally provided for unused generations, change of mind, or failure to use the service after activation.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through PayPal or your account billing workflow when available. Cancellation stops future billing, but it does not automatically refund previous billing periods that were already activated.
