Terms of Service
Last updated: May 14, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using StoreWords at storewords.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Service description
StoreWords provides AI-powered ecommerce content tools for Amazon listings, Shopify product descriptions, Pinterest content packages, and customer email replies. Generated content is provided for drafting, editing, and productivity support.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse engineer the platform, overload the service, submit illegal content, or use the service in a way that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or platform policies.
5. AI-generated content
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving any content before publishing it on your store, marketplace, social channels, or customer communications.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans may be billed through PayPal or another supported payment provider. Subscription access, generation limits, and pricing are shown on the pricing page. We may update plan features or pricing over time, but changes will not remove access already paid for during an active billing period.
7. No guaranteed results
StoreWords helps create ecommerce content faster, but we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales, conversions, platform approvals, or marketplace performance.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be updated, limited, suspended, or interrupted for maintenance, security, technical, or business reasons.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreWords is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, lost data, lost rankings, or lost revenue.
